This is an interesting kitschy real estate development just outside of Puebla but in the neighboring state of Tlaxcala. Apparently, the principal investor loved Tuscany so much that he/she built a replica of the Italian medieval town in the middle of nowhere. It is visited by a lot of wealthy Mexicans, like an adult Disneyland, with shops, world-class restaurants, entertainment etc. It was a side-trip included with my Puebla tour.
This is the shops area of the market. This market is different, they have a day care center, an auditorium and lots of art on the walls.
